To use, apply a thin layer of Deep Freeze to the affected area and massage it into the skin. This gel can be applied 2 to 3 times per day, and it is effective for use before or after exercise. After application, wash your hands thoroughly to avoid accidental contact with sensitive areas like the eyes or lips. If this occurs, rinse the area with plenty of clean water.
